Francesco Lavecchia di Tocco, is a PhD student at the University of ROMATRE and performs his research activity at the Biophysics and Nanoscience Centre. He is graduated in Molecular Biology at the University of Perugia, presenting an experimental thesis entitled “Interaction of stem cells and biomaterials for the development of innovative personalized medicine strategies”. His PhD project is focussed on the development of biosensors able to detect microRNAs of clinical interest.
